This is a super bike for the money!! you won't find a comparable bike for the $$$. This is a great trainer and a great race starter.
I have an OCR1 that I use for commuting back and forth to work 25 miles a day. I use the TCR Advanced for my weekend rides and centuries. The TCR is almost $3,000 more but you will know where that money went the first pedal stroke. The only thing that you would possibly need to upgrade is the wheels and that is only if you are an avid/competitive cyclist. This bike is a great climber. My weekend rides involve a lot of climbing and range in distance from 60-120 miles. I have used the OCR and TCR for these rides and while the OCR is a decent bike the TCR is far superior in every aspect. The bike shifts better, accelerates better, brakes better, and handles better. The integrated seat mast makes it difficult to ship for rides and races that you fly to.
